Introduction

I proudly identify as a Xicana queer individual. I find joy in immersing myself in a good book, experiencing nature through hiking, and cherishing special moments with my family and sweet dogs. With ten years of mental health counseling experience, I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling and a doctorate in counselor education and supervision. As an educator, counselor, and scholar, I embody my teachings and share my practices. I'm passionate about serving LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC youth, adults, and families and couples. I approach each session with respect for your culture and perspective. Connecting with you in your life is crucial for building a strong therapeutic relationship. I warmly invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation. This could be your first step towards meaningful change in your life.
