Introduction

Immediate availability for telehealth appts - Tuesdays through Thursdays. I am authorized to provide virtual services in all 42 participating PSYPACT states. Life’s transitions can be both meaningful and stressful. Caring for an aging parent, managing ongoing life pressures, or navigating the emotional lows that can come with seasonal changes can leave you feeling drained and unsure of your next steps. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I’m Dr. Annie Mueller, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of post-licensure experience, specializing in geropsychology — the psychology of aging. I work with adult children supporting older parents, individuals coping with high levels of stress, and those impacted by situational challenges. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can talk openly without judgment. My therapeutic approach is integrative, flexible, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive. My work draws from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused techniques. My goal as a therapist is to help you get back into the driver’s seat in your life, build resilience, and feel more in control of your well-being. Therapy is a place to recharge, gain perspective, and make meaningful changes. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported in navigating your current season of life, I’d be honored to work with you.
