Introduction

I know that many people come into therapy carrying far more than stress or anxiety. Sometimes it is years of emotional responsibility, relationship wounds, cultural expectations, burnout, grief, trauma, or the exhausting feeling of always having to hold yourself together for everyone else. Therapy should be a place where you no longer have to perform strength while silently falling apart underneath it. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical insight and genuine human connection. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity exploration, self-worth struggles, and the long-term impact of difficult experiences. Much of my work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotional patterns, nervous system responses, attachment experiences, and the ways survival strategies developed over time. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches with cultural humility, emotional safety, and practical tools that clients can actually use in everyday life. I believe healing is not about becoming a different person; it is about learning how to live with greater clarity, self-trust, and compassion toward the parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen rather than judged, where honesty is welcomed, and where healing does not require perfection. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building a life that feels more grounded, connected, and emotionally sustainable
