I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, couples therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. Whether you're struggling in your relationships, navigating a major life transition, grieving a loss, or questioning your next steps, therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I believe that lasting change comes from understanding not only what's happening in your life today, but also the experiences and relationships that have shaped you over time. Throughout therapy, I'll ask thoughtful questions, share observations, and offer honest feedback to help you better understand yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want. Couples & Premarital Counseling Many couples come to therapy because they feel stuck having the same argument over and over. In my experience, it's often not the argument itself that's repeating, but an underlying pattern of relating that leaves both partners feeling misunderstood and disconnected. Together, we'll slow those moments down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and find new ways of relating to one another. One of my first goals is helping partners communicate openly without becoming defensive or feeling like they have to win. As conversations become safer, couples often feel more connected, understand one another more deeply, and become better able to decide, together, what they want their relationship to look like. I offer premarital counseling for couples who want to build a strong foundation before marriage by exploring communication, finances, shared values, family expectations, and future planning. Psychological Assessments I provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults seeking diagnostic clarification, greater self-understanding, and personalized recommendations for treatment, school, work, and everyday functioning. I practice as a Psychology Associate in Washington, D.C., which means I have earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and currently provide services under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist while I work towards independent licensure.
