I am a licensed psychologist in Texas, with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. I also hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Notre Dame de Namur, and a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin. In my free time, I enjoy exploring art museums, watercolor painting, swimming, and hiking in the Texas Hill Country. My clinical focus is to help individuals with depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, unwanted habits, and trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthier ways of responding to distressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. While I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, my work is primarily informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), both of which explore how our thoughts and feelings influence our actions. As a Registered Art Therapist, I also incorporate art as an alternative technique to help clients with self-expression and exploration.
