I see therapy as one of the most powerful forms of advocacy, and I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where people—especially those from marginalized communities—can feel seen, affirmed, and empowered. I began my work at The Gender Health Center, providing identity-affirming care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ and trans communities, and that experience continues to shape how I show up: with authenticity, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to justice. My approach is integrative and intersectional, blending Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, feminist therapy, and narrative work. I believe healing happens when you’re supported in reclaiming your story, your identity, and your power—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you do that. I’m especially passionate about working with folks exploring identity, sexuality, gender, trauma, relationship dynamics (including non-monogamy), and eating or personality-related concerns. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and connected to the life you want to build. If we work together, you can expect a space where all parts of you are welcome—and where your growth, resilience, and liberation are at the center.
