Introduction

Hello, and welcome. My name is Dr. Brittany Katzer, EdD, LCPC, NCC, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families take meaningful steps toward improved mental and physical wellness. I have worked in the counseling field for more than 17 years and have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school and private practice settings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I primarily use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, stress, ADHD, and school-related concerns. I believe healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where clients can develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and move toward lasting change. I also value the connection between mind and body and often incorporate wellness principles into treatment. Whether you are facing a difficult season, navigating a major life change, or simply seeking personal growth, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey. Together, we can take steps today for a stronger tomorrow.
