Introduction

Compass Rose Behavioral Health is a specialized virtual practice for children, adolescents, and adults who want more than surface-level support. Many of our clients are moderate- to high-functioning people who manage work, school, parenting, relationships, and responsibilities while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. We provide thoughtful, individualized care for anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, emotional regulation, ADHD and neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and complex or overlapping clinical presentations. Our approach is warm, direct, practical, and clinically informed. Therapy is not simply a place to talk about the problem; it is a place to understand what is happening, identify what keeps it going, and develop a clearer way forward. When diagnostic questions are part of the picture, Compass Rose also provides selected clinical and psychosocial assessment services within professional scope, including diagnostic clarification and ADHD- and autism-focused assessment services when appropriate. If you are functioning on the outside but know something needs to change on the inside, Compass Rose may be a strong fit. We are currently accepting new clients, with afternoon and evening appointment availability based on scheduling.
