Personal Statement Life can be challenging, whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting concerns, trauma, or major life transitions. As a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to better understand their challenges, build on their strengths, and develop healthier relationships and communication patterns. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EFT, I help clients develop practical strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you do not have to face life's challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and positive change.
