Many adults reach out because they know they are intelligent and capable, yet attention, organization, procrastination, anxiety, or burnout continue to interfere with their lives. Sometimes it can feel like your brain has 47 tabs open, several alarms going off, and no clear indication of where you stashed your keys. I provide comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations and individual therapy for anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and executive-function difficulties. My approach is thorough, collaborative, practical, and grounded in the understanding that people are far more complex than a diagnosis or checklist. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I consider developmental history, daily functioning, compensatory strategies, emotional health, sleep, medical factors, culture, relationships, and the environments in which you function best. I am particularly interested in understanding what helps your brain engage, what causes it to become overwhelmed, and how much effort may be hidden behind appearing organized or successful. My professional background includes integrated primary care, forensic settings, inpatient and outpatient treatment, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, evidence-based psychotherapy, and advanced graduate training in clinical psychopharmacology. I have worked with people across the lifespan and from many different cultural backgrounds. I am also neurodivergent, a foster dad, and a devoted cat dad. These parts of my life have reinforced my belief that effective care should be both clinically rigorous and genuinely human. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and leave with answers and recommendations that feel realistic, personalized, and useful.
