Dr. Chastity Murray

Great to meet you! I am a licensed counselor and nationally certified school psychologist has over 17 years of experience helping those that struggle with anxiety, depression, life transition issues and relationship issues. I have helped to teach clients healthy coping skills and how to exam their individual situations and take meaningful steps toward their self-identified goals. I consider myself an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and I have a passion for supporting individuals who identify in the BIPOC community; working to break down stigma associated with mental health and support positive growth in others. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with experience working with individuals on a multitude of issues. I believe it takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help so my approach to counseling tends to be very person-centered and solution-focused. My role as a therapist would be to work with you on navigating your lived experiences with the aim of working together to identify your desired outcomes and moving towards those goals. My approach to therapy Dr. Murray’s counseling style is person-centered and solution-focused—grounded in the belief that it takes courage to seek help, and that meaningful growth comes from collaboration. She partners with clients to explore their lived experiences, identify their personal goals, and take practical, empowering steps toward healing and self-discovery.
