Introduction

Not everyone feels at home in traditional therapy. If you’ve ever walked into a therapy office and felt like you had to shrink yourself, censor parts of your story, or perform being “okay,” you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy after feeling unseen or misunderstood elsewhere. My approach is rooted in authenticity, trauma-informed care, and deep presence. Therapy with me isn’t about fitting you into a clinical box, it’s about creating a space where your full humanity is welcome. I work with individuals navigating trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and life transitions, and I also support psychedelic integration for those processing meaningful or transformative experiences. I offer couples therapy for partners who want to communicate more openly, repair wounds, and reconnect with each other. Clients often say therapy with me feels grounded, real, and refreshingly human. If you’re ready for a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
