Introduction

Finding the right therapist is a personal decision, and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself in the room. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that people are complex—and that growth rarely follows a straight path. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, identity concerns, and the challenges that can come with feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what comes next. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and with people who are seeking a better understanding of themselves and the patterns that shape their lives. As a clinical psychologist, I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular model. Depending on your needs, our work may involve developing practical strategies for current difficulties, exploring longstanding patterns and relationships, making sense of past experiences, building greater self-understanding, or finding new ways to approach the parts of life that no longer seem to be working. My goal is to offer a space that is thoughtful, genuine, and nonjudgmental—one where there is room for both serious work and humor, and where you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. I provide psychotherapy and psychological assessment through Wild Geese Psychology, PLLC in Havre, Montana, with both in-person and telehealth appointments available. I am currently in-network with BCBSMT and Optum/UBH. Reduced-Fee Services A limited number of reduced-fee psychotherapy appointments are available to help maintain access to care for individuals who may otherwise be unable to afford services. Wild Geese Psychology does not participate in Montana Medicaid. Individuals enrolled in Montana Medicaid who choose to receive services privately may be eligible for a reduced fee and will be asked to complete a private-pay agreement before services begin. Reduced-fee appointments are limited and subject to availability. Please contact the practice for additional information.
