Introduction

Seeking psychiatric care is an important step, and finding the right fit matters. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, or concerns about your child or adolescent, my goal is to understand not only your symptoms, but also your experiences, strengths, relationships, and the story that has brought you here. My practice provides psychiatry and psychotherapy for families, adolescents, and adults. While medication can be an important component of treatment for some individuals, I believe effective psychiatric care extends beyond symptom management. My approach integrates thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management when clinically appropriate to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals and values. As a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and national mental health leader, I have spent my career caring for patients while also working to improve mental health care through education, research, advocacy, and public awareness. My greatest privilege, however, is the opportunity to partner directly with patients and families as they navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I welcome the opportunity to learn your story and determine whether my practice is the right fit for your needs.
