Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing Christian therapy via telehealth to adults across California. I specialize in working with women, couples, and ministry leaders who are carrying a lot (emotionally, spiritually, and relationally) and need a safe place to slow down and reconnect with themselves and God to heal. I work most often with high-achieving women, mothers of young children, newly married couples, and pastors or ministry leaders who are navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, relationship strain, perfectionism, leadership fatigue, and the constant pressure to stay strong for everyone else. Many of my clients are deeply capable and faithful, but exhausted, overwhelmed, or quietly struggling beneath the surface. My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, and practical. I help clients understand how their experiences and patterns have shaped them, while also developing tools they can use in everyday life to regulate emotions, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and create more sustainable rhythms. Clinically, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and relational approaches. I also offer Christian counseling, when requested, thoughtfully integrating faith, Scripture, prayer, and spiritual formation in a way that honors both psychological science and biblical truth. Faith integration is always collaborative and client-directed. I believe healing is most sustainable when we care for the whole person (mind, body, spirit and relationships.) When appropriate, I incorporate holistic practices such as movement, lifestyle awareness, and community support to help clients move from survival mode into steadier, more rooted living. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together. Whether you’re a woman longing for clarity and peace, a couple building a Christ-centered foundation, or a ministry leader needing a confidential place to be fully human, you are welcome here. I would be honored to walk with you toward healing, wholeness, and a life grounded in God’s purpose.
