Introduction

You don't have to carry it all alone. I'm Dr. Courtney Miller, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, pastor, wife, and mom. I provide Christian therapy via telehealth to women, mothers, couples, and ministry leaders across California. I know firsthand what it means to hold responsibility, care for everyone else, and still need a place to be fully supported yourself. Most of my clients are deeply capable and deeply faithful and quietly struggling underneath. Anxiety. Burnout. Grief and loss. Perfectionism. A relationship that's grown distant. An identity that's shifted and hasn't settled yet. From the outside, it looks like you're holding it together. You won't have to choose here. Not between your Bible and your therapist, not between processing the pain and trusting God. I integrate CBT, psychodynamic, narrative, and relational therapy to help you understand what's keeping you stuck, regulate your emotions, and build healthier rhythms, and for those who want it, I weave in faith, Scripture, and prayer in a way that honors both psychological science and biblical truth. Faith integration is always collaborative, always optional, always yours to direct. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to perform. Whether you're a woman longing for peace, a couple wanting to feel close again, or a ministry leader who needs one confidential place to be fully human, you are welcome here. It would be an honor to walk with you toward healing and wholeness.
