Introduction

Welcome to my practice. I’m Dr. Dana Riedy, a licensed clinical psychologist with specialization and passion in women’s mental health. I work with clients struggling with navigating multiple roles and demands who want to feel more connected to themselves and to others. This includes (but is not not limited to) clients navigating menopause, perimenopause, pregnancy, postpartum, and other reproductive health events and challenges. My approach is warm and collaborative. Mental health concerns do not exist in isolation, and I prioritize getting to know all aspects of your identity and values to understand what brings you to treatment and to help develop a plan to best support your needs. I draw from a number of evidence-based psychotherapies to cater treatment to your specific goals and needs. I offer treatment including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Menopause. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and live in the Philadelphia area. I offer virtual psychotherapy services for clients who live in PA. I provide psychotherapy services for concerns related to: • Perimenopause and Menopause • Prenatal, Pregnancy and Postpartum • Women’s Health • Anxiety • Depression • Burnout • Relationship Issues • Emotion Regulation • Stress Management • Grief and Loss • Eating and Weight concerns • Identity Concerns If you’re interested in seeing if I could be a good fit to meet your needs, please reach out to schedule an initial consultation.
