I am Dr. Darlene Allen Nichols, and my mission is to cultivate a safe environment where clients feel empowered to be open, honest, and authentically vulnerable. As the founder and executive director of DAN Care Center, a nonprofit organization located in Beverly, I lead initiatives that provide impactful community service and educational programs, comprehensive family therapy, and strategic guidance for entrepreneurs seeking to establish nonprofit organizations. With an extensive background in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, I bring a broad, culturally responsive perspective to my work. This experience enables me to connect meaningfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them with compassion and expertise as they pursue emotional wellness and mental wholeness.
