Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting people across a wide range of settings, including secondary schools, colleges and universities, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and community mental health centers. I earned my master’s degree from Syracuse University and my doctorate in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In our work together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you: the values you want to stand for, the strengths and qualities you want to grow, and how you want to treat yourself and the people in your life. My goal is to help you build a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
