Introduction

You may be the person everyone depends on and still need somewhere to put down what you’re carrying. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed, questioning yourself after a painful relationship, or tired of appearing “fine” when you’re hurting. You deserve a space where you can speak honestly and feel understood. I’m Dr. Demarest Crawl, DSW, LCSW-C. I help adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional and narcissistic abuse, grief, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re navigating divorce, betrayal, a breakup, or patterns you’re ready to change, we can explore what happened, how it has affected you, and what you want for yourself moving forward. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. You can expect compassion, honest conversation, and practical tools tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll work on strengthening boundaries, managing difficult emotions, rebuilding self-trust, and making room for your own well-being. I offer trauma-informed care, including EMDR when appropriate. As a Black woman and therapist, I recognize how culture, identity, family expectations, and the pressure to stay strong can shape our lives. I welcome adults from all backgrounds, with a particular commitment to supporting Black adults, veterans, and military spouses. You don’t need the perfect words or a clear plan to start therapy. Bring your questions, your uncertainty, and yourself. At All Things New Clinical Services, I’ll support you as you Renew, Repair, and Rebuild at a pace that respects you.
