Introduction

Substance use disorders , eating disorders, and other destructive behaviors are often used as a way to cope with emotional distress and/or avoid pain. I help individuals heal by being curious and compassionate about their destructive behaviors to discover what purpose they serve. In addition to counseling services, I provide structured clinical supervision for LPC Associates and CACREP Counselor Education students in Texas who are seeking a collaborative, individualized, supervision experience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Master Addiction Counselor, I specialize in helping clinicians develop strong clinical judgment, ethical confidence, and professional identity accross the continuum of care.
