Introduction

Hi, I'm Dr. Diane Miller, a clinical psychology resident with specialized training in adult ADHD, relationships, and sexuality. My work is ADHD-informed, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with particular attention to how identity, culture, family systems, and lived experiences shape emotional wellbeing, communication, and self-understanding. I work with adults and couples navigating ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and concerns related to intimacy and sexual health. I integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives with ACT, CBT, and DBT to tailor treatment to each person's unique strengths, values, and experiences. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical. Together, we'll work to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation and communication, and cultivate greater connection, flexibility, and fulfillment in your life and relationships.
