Hi! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and talk openly without fear of judgment. I work with adults navigating grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, LGBTQ+ concerns, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting military service members, veterans, and their families, drawing on four years of experience working with veterans through the VA and in a practice specializing in military and veteran support. Grief is especially meaningful to me, both personally and professionally, and I understand that it can look different for everyone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on what matters most to you. Whether you're working through a difficult experience, adjusting to a major change, or feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone. We'll work together at your pace to help you find your footing and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.
