When life gives us lemons, prioritizing our self-care and mental health can turn challenges into healing! I enjoy supporting others through individual therapy and parent coaching, where I strive to be a compassionate and grounded source of support. I work with both male and female clients, ages 14 and older. My therapeutic approach incorporates positive psychology (e.g., compassion, gratitude, mindfulness, and resilience to stress), as well as other evidence-based therapies like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). My areas of interests include anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I am also passionate about incorporating spirituality with clients if they choose. I help individuals live more meaningful and fulfilling lives by discovering unique strengths and values, building awareness of patterns of behavior, as well as teaching practical skills and strategies! I empower all of my clients to feel confident in navigating the peaks and valleys of life through a warm and caring relationship. Some seasons of life are hard.
