I am a postdoctoral psychology fellow with the Center for OCD and Misophonia. I have specialized training in the treatment of a variety anxiety-related conditions, as well as depression and relationship challenges. I entered this field with a strong interest in understanding how these challenges affects both emotional well-being and daily functioning, and how targeted, effective therapy can create meaningful change. In my work, I integrate cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and insight-oriented approaches to help clients better understand their problems, reduce avoidance, and build more effective coping skills. I aim to provide a collaborative, supportive space where clients can gain relief from symptoms while developing tools and insight that support long-term resilience and growth.
