I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and it can feel overwhelming to ask for support. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, perfectionism, or feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change. I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools that align with your values and goals. I recognize that every person's story is unique, and I strive to tailor treatment to each individual's strengths, needs, and lived experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational and trauma-informed care, when appropriate. I also incorporate mindfulness, behavioral interventions, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build resilience, increase psychological flexibility, and create lasting change. I'm passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves while building the confidence and skills needed to navigate life's challenges. I'd be honored to support you.
