I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with patients 18 and older. I completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in trauma interventions at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship training in health psychology and trauma informed care. As a clinician, I provide affirming, inclusive care for all patients, including those in the LGBTQ+ and disability communities. As a health psychologist, I specialize in working with patients whose distress may stem from managing chronic and acute health concerns. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders across the continuum of care. As a trauma-informed provider, my work centers on helping patients reshape narratives that are no longer serving them into more adaptive and empowering perspectives through meaning-making therapies and cognitive behavioral therapy. Within my work, I believe in the importance of fostering a collaborative, warm, empathic, supportive space that empowers the patient to show up as their unique and vulnerable self. Through this important and vital authentic gesture, I can gently guide, bear witness, and offer resources to support the patient in meeting their therapeutic needs.
