Introduction

I’m Dr. Ewune Ewane, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals shed what no longer serves them and step into growth. My work integrates clinical expertise with compassion, guiding you through healing and transformation. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can shed the old, strengthen your core, and shape your future. I specialize in Clinical (e.g. depression), Addiction (e.g alcohol), Health (e.g gut health), and Counseling Psychology (e.g. family). I credit my refined skillset to my robust training at the nation’s most prestigious health institutions including M.D. Anderson cancer center, National Institute of Health, National Institute of Mental Health, and Substance Abuse and Mental Heath Services Administration. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself due a recent health diagnosis. Perhaps you’re managing the challenges of PTSD, depression, or bipolar disorder and want practical tools to feel more grounded. Maybe stress, poor sleep, gut issues, or poor eating is taking a toll on your health, and you’re looking to improve your mind-body connection. I use a collaborative, respectful approach grounded in social constructivism — which simply means I believe our life experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world. With the right support those narratives can shed and grow in empowering and healing ways. Through Psypact, I am able to practice and provide diverse psychological services via telehealth in every U.S. state except Alaska, California, Guam, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
