Introduction

I'm Dr. Costanzo, a licensed psychiatrist, husband, father, baseball coach, powerlifter, and I love Jesus. What makes my practice different is my belief that medication isn't always the answer. I prioritize therapy, lifestyle changes, and building healthy coping skills first, and use medication thoughtfully, when it can provide meaningful benefit. Unlike many psychiatrists, I also provide psychotherapy myself, allowing for a more comprehensive and personalized approach to treatment. My passion is working with children, teens, young adults, and their families. I believe lasting progress happens when parents and caregivers are included as partners in treatment, creating a supportive environment at home and beyond. I specialize in ADHD, OCD, anxiety/depression, PTSD, behavioral concerns, bipolar, schizophrenia, and spiritual afflictions. As a father, I understand how stressful it can be when your child is struggling. My goal is to provide a space where both you and your child feel heard and supported. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that helps you move toward lasting health with confidence. For patients seeking faith-informed care, I'm happy to incorporate Christian values into treatment when desired, while always respecting each person's individual beliefs and preferences. If you're wondering whether it's time to seek support, I'd be honored to help. Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we're the right fit.
