Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a 22-year veteran of the United States Air Force whose passion is to provide mental and emotional restoration, empower, and assist you to regain your strength and identity, your voice, and your passion for living displaced as a result of fear and anxiety, low-self-esteem, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse/violence, depression, and grief. As an adjunct faculty who has taught undergraduate and graduate students, I tend to include psycho-education as part of my practice, thereby arming you with useful information, enabling you to make informed decisions about your mental health. Feeling sad, lonely, and confused? Having difficulty completing simple tasks like getting out of bed or taking a shower? Impossible for you to see the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’? Grieving the loss of someone so deeply that your soul hurts? Is communication, trust, love, respect, and intimacy with your partner suffering? Feeling defeated by your child? You will receive insight and clarity, feel relief, hope, and strength, and you will feel safe and empowered after starting treatment with me. I will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to manage/solve your crisis.
