Introduction

Hi, I'm Garrik. I have been a son, father, military officer, combat veteran, corporate director, student, and teacher. My passion is now as a psychotherapist and professor. I view my role as your therapist as applying all of my energy to helping you. Simply being alive can cause us to feel anxious, have relationship troubles, question our meaning, and leave us feeling like we’re not quite living up to our fullest potential. I help you navigate these uncomfortable paths to bring balance to your life and to help you grow along the way. This is a safe space where I meet you exactly where you’re at on your journey and with no judgements. I act as your personal mirror and guide to help you discover your deeper truths. I use “depth” therapy with a person-centered approach to personalize the path to achieving your unique goals and to help you live an authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life. Self-exploration can be rigorous and require patience, but it can benefit every area of your life. “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are” (C.G. Jung), and it would be my honor to accompany you on that journey.
