Introduction

Becoming a parent can shake your confidence, your relationship, and your sense of self. You may love your child deeply and still feel anxious, irritable, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your partner. Maybe you’re carrying the mental load, losing patience faster than you’d like, or lying awake with racing thoughts long after the house is quiet. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, panic, ADHD, and the emotional and relational strain that often follows pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I also support newly divorced parents adjusting to co-parenting and redefining their next chapter. For individuals, we focus on calming the mental noise, understanding your patterns, and building practical tools so you feel steadier and more in control. For couples, we work on breaking negative cycles, improving communication, rebuilding connection, and navigating the invisible pressures that parenting puts on a relationship. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I value honesty, transparency, and appropriate humor. Insight matters — but meaningful change happens when insight is paired with real-world strategies you can actually use. I provide in-person sessions in Houston and telehealth in most states. If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed and more connected — to yourself or your partner — I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
