I am a post-doctoral fellow and earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University. In my practice, I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, anxiety, and depression. I approach therapy through a deeply humanistic lens. Rejecting the notion that individuals are "broken" or in need of fixing, I view each of my clients as a whole person facing natural human struggles. At the core of my practice is the belief that embracing authenticity and accepting ourselves for who we are is essential for genuine growth. This belief serves as the foundation for our therapeutic relationship, allowing us to build a safe, validating, and collaborative space. Whether you are navigating neurodivergence, processing trauma, or managing daily mood challenges, I will walk beside you to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and practical strategies for a fulfilling life.
