Specialty and Therapeutic Approach I specialize in psychological testing for ADHD, ASD, learning disorders, as well as personality assessment. When working with clients I aim to create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I utilize an integrative approach in therapy that is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Object Relations therapy designed to meet each client’s specific needs. I may implement various techniques using mindfulness exercises cognitive restructuring and reality testing, and some projective testing instruments to understand the clients internal world more fully. I believe incorporating these techniques helps my clients to understand themselves better, process difficult emotions, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, and improve emotional regulation. Background In 2019 I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on family forensic psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara. Prior to that I earned my Masters in general psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2012 I also hold an MFA from Stanford University in conceptual art and performance. Interests I am interested in psychological assessments for mood disorders, autism, learning disabilities, personality structure and ADHD. Research interests are trance states, possession states ,neo-pagan religions, ritual magic fraternities, and how culture impacts personality and psychopathology. I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, issues related to relationships, creativity and ritual abuse. In my previous career I was a film director for 20 plus years directing feature films, music videos and commercials. Training My training consisted of working in both inpatient residential and outpatient settings with focus on providing treatment to those with severe mental health issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, and substance use.
