Introduction

My path to psychology was shaped as much by my own healing journey as by my training. I bring to my work a deep grounding in clinical psychology alongside a sincere, lived commitment to Buddhist principles, shamanic traditions, and the transformative potential of plant medicine. I understand from the inside what it means to carry early wounds — and what it takes to truly heal them. With a doctorate in clinical psychology, certification as a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, and over 25 years of experience, I bring both the rigor of deep clinical training and the wisdom that only comes from a life genuinely devoted to this work. My approach is intentionally eclectic — drawing from depth psychology, somatic therapy, Buddhist psychology, shamanic wisdom, and the emerging field of psychedelic integration. For many people who come to me, therapy is not a new experience. They have worked hard and yet something persists — a wound that won't close, a pattern that keeps returning, a heaviness that years of sincere effort haven't lifted. I work at the level where lasting change actually occurs: beneath intellectual understanding, in the deeper layers of the psyche where our most persistent patterns and wounds live. I offer preparation and integration support for plant medicine and psychedelic experiences, working with you before and after to ensure these powerful encounters translate into genuine, lasting growth. I do not provide or facilitate the use of any substance — my role is to walk alongside you as a skilled, compassionate guide. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens — in person in Boulder, Colorado and via telehealth nationwide. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, spiritual emergence, or the integration of expanded states, my intention is always the same: to support your deepest healing, freedom, and flourishing. Has your meditation practice stalled? Do you find yourself understanding your patterns intellectually — and yet unable to change them? If you are carrying depression, trauma, anxiety, or a sense that something essential remains just out of reach, there is real support here for you.
