Dr. Ida Fariba is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT-approved supervisor. With a certification in EMDR, and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she brings a deeply integrative, trauma-informed approach to her work.
