Introduction

I am a dedicated clinical psychologist specializing in behavioral health, trauma therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems. With a Doctor of Psychology degree, I bring years of experience in helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges and build fulfilling lives. I am a clinical psychologist (PsyD) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over five years of experience in behavioral health, trauma therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems. Having recently earned my Doctor of Psychology degree, I bring a unique combination of advanced psychological training and practical, client-focused expertise. My passion lies in supporting individuals and families as they navigate mental health challenges, fostering resilience, and empowering them to build fulfilling lives. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus, addressing the unique needs of each individual. I have a particular interest in self-esteem development, trauma recovery, and mindfulness-based approaches. Beyond therapy, I am deeply passionate about advocating for mental health and gender equity. My mission is to destigmatize mental health challenges, with a focus on empowering people and fostering resilience across all communities. By addressing the unique ways mental health intersects with gender and societal expectations, I strive to create inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and supported. I also draw on frameworks like Terror Management Theory to enrich my understanding of human behavior and deliver meaningful therapeutic outcomes. Let’s connect if you’re interested in exploring collaboration opportunities, advocating for mental health, or innovative methods for psychological well-being.
