If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Maybe relationships feel confusing or draining. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or burnout while trying to juggle school, work, or adulthood in general. You might feel like everyone else has it figured out—and wonder why basic things feel so hard for you. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and build skills that actually help in real life. ***How I Work*** I’m a psychologist who works with adolescents and adults, with a strong focus on young adults and Gen Z navigating life transitions, independence, and identity. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and emotional processing techniques. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and creating change that feels sustainable—not overwhelming. ***What Therapy Can Help With** Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling: +Overwhelmed or stuck during a life transition +Anxious, low, or emotionally drained +Struggling with ADHD, motivation, or follow-through +Unsure how to communicate needs or set boundaries +Confused or frustrated in relationships--- +Disconnected from themselves or unsure of their direction You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. We’ll work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. ***A Space That’s Affirming and Real*** I take a culturally responsive, sex-positive, and affirming approach to therapy. I welcome open conversations about identity, sexuality, intimacy, relationships, and generational patterns—without judgment or assumptions. I have particular experience supporting individuals from BIPOC communities and those navigating cultural, academic, or career pressures. Clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy feels both supportive and honest—challenging when needed, but always grounded in care and respect. ***What to Expect in Your First Session*** Your first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have. You don’t need a perfect explanation or clear goals—those can take shape over time. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone. ***If You’re Ready to Get Started*** If you’re feeling stuck but motivated to grow, therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and to others. You don’t have to do this alone.
