Jane Hill, PhD., is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor Qualified Supervisor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Texas. Additionally, she is the CEO, counselor, and clinical counseling supervisor at her own private practice. Dr. Hill is proud to be a native Floridian, born and raised in Brevard County, Florida. With over 18 years working in the mental health field. Dr. Hill earned her Batchelor's degree in Psychology from University of Central Florida. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialty in forensic mental health counseling from Walden University, as well as her Master's in Science in Mental Health Counseling with specialization in Forensics Mental Health Counseling. Dr. Hill has taught Master's level and PhD level counseling students in the University setting. Dr. Hill is Certified in Crisis Interventions and Emergency Crisis Response, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Reality Therapist, Solution Focused Brief Therapist, and Trauma Focused Therapist. Dr. Hill has a variety of experience, including community mental health, private practice, serious mental illness, psychological assessments, disabilities, PTSD, Veteran's issues, incarcerated individuals in BCSO county jail and FL DOC, forensic mental health, domestic violence, trauma, sexual abuse, and sex offenders. Dr. Hill has worked with children and adolescents. Going forward she will be working with adults, elderly, couples, families, and group counseling. Dr. Hill will also offer Master's level student intern and Florida Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern clinical supervision. Dr. Hill is a published researcher and enjoys presenting her research to state, national, and international audiences.
