Dr. Janette Williams is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois. She received her doctorate from Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. Dr. Williams has worked with clients of all ages and has 19 years of experience treating mood disorders as well as trauma. Her therapeutic approach would be considered Cognitive Behavioral. Her goal is to help you identify your strengths and to assist you in learning new ways in which to enhance your life skills. Dr. Williams also believes in incorporating your spiritual belief systems when appropriate. She is certified in hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT and other mind-body techniques. Cynthia Staples, NCC, LPC graduated with a master's degree in Counseling from Governors State University and is a licensed professional counselor. Cynthia also has 17 years of experience in career counseling and working in Higher Education as an instructor, internship coordinator and workshop trainer. She is passionate about helping people discover their natural strengths to facilitate healing and grow into the best possible version of themselves. Cynthia also believes in a holistic approach and leans heavily into cognitive behavioral interventions.
