¡Bienvenida/o a este espacio! 🪷 Soy la Dra. Jarinet López-Torres, Psicóloga Clínica licenciada en Puerto Rico. Mi propósito es acompañarte en tu camino hacia el bienestar y el cuidado de tu salud mental. Mi enfoque está dirigido a adultos y adolescentes(13+), tanto en modalidad presencial como en teleterapia. En mi practica clínica integro modelos basadas en evidencia (EBT), como lo son el Modelo de Terapia Dialéctico Conductual(DBT), Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT) y Cognitivo Conductual (CBT). También integro lo que es la atención plena (mindfulness) que ayuda a cultivar equilibrio, resiliencia y una relación más consciente contigo mismo. Mi práctica privada está ubicada en mi pueblo natal, Bayamón. 🤠
