Introduction

Most of the people I work with are capable, driven, and high-functioning on the outside — and quietly overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in repeating patterns underneath. Therapy here isn’t passive or vague. It’s structured, practical, and focused on real change. I work with adults and couples navigating high-pressure lives, relationship strain, and major life transitions. Common themes include burnout, decision fatigue, identity shifts, communication breakdown, emotional reactivity, and the exhaustion of being “the strong one” for everyone else. My style is direct, grounded, and strategic. We don’t just talk about insight — we translate it into action. My background spans community mental health, family systems, and nutrition-informed psychology, so we look at the full system: stress physiology, habits, relationships, thinking patterns, and emotional regulation — not just symptoms in isolation. This approach works especially well for thoughtful, self-aware people who want depth, clarity, and forward movement rather than circling the same issues for years. In addition to ongoing virtual therapy, I offer select structured clinical intensives for individuals and couples who want deeper, focused work in a condensed format. These extended sessions take place in Palm Springs, California, and are designed to accelerate progress, clarify patterns, and create a clear plan forward, followed by continued virtual support. Standard weekly care remains fully virtual. All ongoing therapy is provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth throughout California, making care accessible without disrupting your schedule or location. If you’re looking for therapy that’s intelligent, straightforward, and built for people who are ready to do the work — you’re in the right place.
