My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by years of serving others—as a military veteran, mental health counselor, educator, and performance psychology professional. Throughout my career, I have seen that behind every high achiever, caregiver, parent, athlete, or professional is simply a person carrying life's challenges and deserving of a place to feel heard, understood, and supported. I specialize in helping adults, adolescents (12+), athletes, high performers, veterans, first responders, and women navigating life's transitions work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and overwhelming stress. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and personalized, integrating evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, attachment-focused interventions, and mindfulness within a client-centered relationship.
