Introduction

You cannot think your way out of a biological loop. If you are a high-achiever, frustrated that logic hasn't solved your symptoms, it’s because OCD, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia are not logic problems. They are biological loops. You have to behave your way out. And you can only behave your way out once you know the way. As a Step-Up Specialist and the owner of Evanston Anxiety Clinic, I provide technical, protocol-driven care for those who are smart, capable, and stuck. I help you understand the loop and then map the way out. I provide the clinical intensity required for complex cases. I utilize targeted protocols: ERP for OCD, ACT and exposure for anxiety, CBT-I for insomnia, and PRT for chronic pain. My style is technical, warm, and direct. We focus on the mechanics of behavioral change to reduce symptoms rather than just managing them. I am an active clinician. I use humor, science, and directness to help you face what you fear and do something new. This practice is for those ready to make tangible changes rather than getting stuck in unstructured processing. I provide specialized telehealth across 40+ states via PSYPACT. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your case.
