Introduction

I offer in-person sessions, at my Tampa, Florida office, or online video sessions. I'm available weekdays and select evenings. I work with clients who may be struggling to manage their ADHD, or experiencing anxiety or depression related to their relationships or work, or experiencing difficulty adjusting to a new transition in their life. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to meet you where you are. I believe in the power of a supportive, empathic therapeutic relationship that fosters insight, resilience, and lasting change. During initial sessions, we'll delve deeply into your concerns and collaborate on a personalized plan for meaningful change. Many clients begin to feel relief after a few sessions and build lasting tools to strengthen coping, resilience, confidence, relationships, and overall well-being.
