Introduction

Are you navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relationship challenges that affect your daily life and well-being? Perhaps you are experiencing the demands of marriage, parenting, ministry, career, or navigating life between cultures. Whether you are seeking personal healing, preparing for marriage, or strengthening your family relationships, you do not have to walk this journey alone. I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and wellness-centered approach to counseling, helping individuals, couples, and families overcome barriers to emotional, relational, spiritual, and professional well-being. Together, we build on your strengths, honor your experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. For over two decades, my professional, academic, and personal experiences have shaped my commitment to culturally responsive care. I especially enjoy working with professional women, working mothers, Black women, interracial and intercultural couples, immigrant and international families, and those navigating premarital and marital relationships. I also have a particular heart for pastors, ministry families, pastors' children (PKs), and missionary kids (MKs), recognizing the unique joys, expectations, and challenges of these experiences. As a first-gen American, I bring a multicultural and holistic perspective to counseling, thoughtfully integrating storytelling, and faith as desired. “Kwakya kwa mundu ni vala wamukila.” - Kikamba proverb “My morning is when I wake up
