She is committed to walking your journey to healing with you while challenging, affirming, and supporting you every step of the way. Dr. Fisher works primarily with college age, young adults and older adults utilizing a holistically oriented therapeutic care. She believes therapy must encompass the intersection of mind, body and spirit, while including considerations for forgiveness, self-compassion and gratitude. “I have a strong commitment to helping individuals realize their potentials, and I believe we have all been gifted with inner strength and elements of resiliency. My multi-cultural background has fostered a deep passion for diversity and allow me to meet people where they are. I am also deeply invested in helping people discover their unique strengths and acquire tools that enable them to live transformed, empowered and fulfilled lives." Dr. Fisher believes that as long as we are willing, regardless of our life phase, we can rewire our brain and experience the change we want. She also provides couples/marital therapy using the Gottman method. She has a passion for matters related to mental health and for helping people discover and live their best life.
