I am a licensed mental health practitioner with over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. In 2023, I earned my doctorate with a research focus on maternal and perinatal mental health care, an area of work that is both professionally and personally meaningful to me. I am an emotional healer at my core. For ten years, I worked exclusively in women’s health, supporting clients through perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, OCD, infant loss, miscarriage, and the emotional complexities of infertility and IVF. I understand how isolating these experiences can feel, and I approach this work with deep compassion, respect, and attunement. I have extensive experience treating a broad range of concerns, including PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, perfectionism, and anxiety-related disorders. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational approach that honors each person’s story, strengths, and resilience. In addition to my clinical work, I am proud to have spent 13 years teaching social work and psychology at various universities. Teaching has reinforced my belief in the power of knowledge, curiosity, and meaningful human connection as tools for healing and growth. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe. I will hold space for you with care and intention, while also offering thoughtful challenge and guidance to support meaningful change. I believe healing happens when truth can be spoken without judgment, and I truly respect the courage it takes to ask for help. I am here. *I am fully licensed in PA and NC. I have a SC telehealth license. I can treat you if you reside and are located in one of these states.
