I am a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and therapist, and I bring all aspects of myself and my experience to my work. I feel deeply privileged to do the work that I do—to be invited into someone’s inner world, to witness their personal story, and to companion them through the challenges they are facing. I offer a supportive and grounding space to slow down, turn inward, and understand yourself more deeply. My approach is warm, open, and collaborative, helping you gently explore and heal the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS offers a non-pathologizing and compassionate way of understanding why we are the way we are. It recognizes that we are all made up of different parts—some carrying painful experiences from the past, others working hard to protect us from that pain or from being hurt again. I provide a space where all parts of you are welcome. Where they will be seen and understood with compassion, creating the conditions for healing and change. My work is also informed by my own experience of long-term therapy, which has been invaluable in helping me understand the impact of my own childhood experiences, becoming a mother, and navigating change, grief, and loss. I welcome all adults to my practice. I am especially passionate about working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, self-sacrifice and/or relationship challenges. Since becoming a mother myself, I have naturally found myself supporting others during the transition to parenting, and with parenting in general.
