Introduction

I believe that establishing rapport and building a true sense of trust and safety is essential in creating the foundation for therapeutic success. I understand that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, but rather one that requires evidence-based approaches thoughtfully adapted to each individual. At the heart of my work is the conviction that clients are the experts on their own lives, while I play an active role in guiding the process—drawing on evidence-based tools, clinical expertise, and professional insight to provide direction, perspective, and support throughout the therapeutic journey. With over 16 years of experience in psychological assessment, I’ve refined a client-centered process that focuses on each person’s unique needs and strengths. I recognize that while clients can often identify the what—their challenges—they may struggle to make sense of the why behind them and the how to move forward. I help clients uncover the missing pieces of the puzzle, bringing clarity to complex experiences and creating individualized, comprehensive assessments that not only address challenges but also highlight strengths, identify resources, and provide tailored treatment recommendations designed to empower and support each person’s ability to move forward with direction and confidence. To say I’m passionate about helping clients would be an understatement. Often described as a source of hope and encouragement, my work reflects a deep commitment to fostering resilience, highlighting strengths, and guiding individuals as they reconnect with their capacity for growth and meaningful change.
