Introduction

New Normal Collective was founded by Dr. Keyon Anderson, LCSW, and Jordan Le Blanc, LCSW—two Black, Queer therapists who wanted to create the kind of therapy space they once needed: a place where people can show up fully, be seen for who they are, and heal without having to explain themselves first. Our collective offers culturally responsive, identity-affirming care that centers compassion, curiosity, and connection. We help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. We provide secure online sessions for individuals, couples, and families throughout California. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or identity exploration, our team is here to support you in building a grounded and authentic life.
